Due to the high risk of credit card fraud for orders that come in from outside of the USA, we have instituted a new payment policy.  All orders that have a billing or shipping address outside of the USA must be paid for through PayPal, and shipped to a confirmed address. 

PayPal is very easy and safe to use.  If you do not have a PayPal account go to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions for setting up an account.
