If you order something that needs to be back-ordered, or made to order (*see below), we will ship whatever is in stock, and the rest a.s.a.p. Exchanges will be shipped at the buyers expense unless
the exchange was made necessary because of damaged or flawed merchandise, or the wrong item, size, color, etc. was shipped. The most reasonable shipping method will be used.
In my experience, the best choice in shipping options is USPS Priority Mail. This has been proven to be the most cost effective (for most orders) and reliable method. Please don’t believe what you hear on television sitcoms about the postal service (all your bills manage to arrive on time afterall, don’t they?) Packages usually arrive in 2-3 days, or 4-6 days in the busier season. The closer it is to Christmas, the longer shipping takes by any method. UPS 3 day select can take longer than USPS Priority because they don’t deliver on Saturdays. Overnight and 2 day guaranteed is not guaranteed to every town. UPS does not deliver to p.o. boxes.
If you choose UPS or USPS Priority Mail, the bulk of your shipment will be sent by the method you choose. If there is a small back-ordered item(s) we may opt to ship it by US First Class in an envelope that will fit into a mail box. This is part of our effort to keep shipping costs down.
*Certain items, The Drawstring Stretch Pants, the French Terry Cropped Pants, the
French Terry Hoody Shirt, the Stretch Capris, the Drawstring Jersey Capris, the Drawstring Skirt,
the Bouquet Capris, and the Drawstring Shorts are made as ordered. It usually takes a few of days to have them ready, longer if they need to be dyed. Take this into account when ordering.
